UKIP will not tolerate racism
The astonishing racist language used by the (now ex-) UKIP councillor on BBC2's 'Meet The Ukippers' will have caused offence to many people and has no place in British politics or society.
Just as I have publicly condemned the recent racist behaviour of Chelsea fans on the Paris Metro, I would like to take this opportunity to openly censure such language.
I am glad the Party took clear action to distance itself from the lady concerned and I would reiterate that racists are not welcome in UKIP.
